The applicable fee may vary depending on the type of connection, user, service, location, promotion or other factors determined by IWS.

Once the applicable payment is successfully completed, the platform may provide the contact details made available by the relevant user.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

IWS may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service may process facial images and other personal information to provide AI analysis, recommendations and Marketplace functionality.

By using the relevant features, you acknowledge and consent to processing as described in the IWS Privacy Policy.

You confirm that any facial image or personal information submitted by you belongs to you or that you have the necessary legal authority and permission to submit it.

You must not upload another person's photograph or personal information without appropriate authorization.

The IWS Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, protected and retained.

IWS uses commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information.

Applicable communications with the platform may use SSL/TLS encryption, including 256-bit encryption where supported by the relevant connection.

Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers such as Razorpay, where applicable.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. IWS therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, disclosed or compromised despite reasonable security measures.

The applicable price will be displayed before payment.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including Razorpay or other providers supported by IWS.

Payment confirmation, reconciliation and transaction status may be communicated electronically, including through payment-provider notifications or automated webhook reconciliation.

Users should make payments only through the official payment flow provided by IWS.

Contact unlocking is a one-time digital service, unless otherwise stated.

Once payment has been successfully completed and the applicable contact information has been made available, the service may be considered delivered.

• Payment was successfully deducted but the contact was not unlocked
• A duplicate payment occurred
• A technical error occurred
• Another legitimate payment issue occurred

Any refund will be handled according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory applicable law.

You are responsible for your decisions and actions based on information obtained through the Service.

Before using a product or treatment, users should consider ingredients, warnings, allergies, sensitivities, existing medical conditions, medications and other relevant circumstances.

Users are also responsible for verifying the identity, qualifications and suitability of any expert they choose to contact or engage.

The IWS platform, software, AI technology, algorithms, interface, reports, designs, branding and related content are owned by or licensed to IWS.

Users retain rights they may have in content they submit, subject to the permissions required to operate the Service and as described in the IWS Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IWS and its founders, directors, employees, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

• AI analysis errors
• Product or service recommendations
• Professional advice provided by third parties
• Actions of experts or consumers
• Third-party products or treatments
• Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
• Treatment or cosmetic outcomes
• Communications between users
• Misuse of unlocked contact information by another user
• Transactions or arrangements made directly between users

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The Service may be accessed from India and other countries.

Payments may be processed in INR or other supported currencies through authorized payment providers.

Applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, payment-provider fees or other charges may apply.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Personal information may be processed or stored in India or other countries through IWS and its service providers, subject to applicable law and the IWS Privacy Policy.

IWS aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, payment-provider issues, internet disruptions, security incidents or circumstances beyond IWS's reasonable control.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the IWS Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, protect, process and retain personal information, including facial images and Marketplace information.
